RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

- All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order if order qualifies for and is approved for a return.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Items damaged during the shipping process are the responsibility of the shipping company.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@delmaradefense.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instruction on how to proceed. Please note that the sale of some products we carry may be final.
