The Delmarva Defense Training Group specializes in providing various forms of professional training including but not limited to Concealed Carry, Defensive Tactics, Firearms Training, & Medical Training. Composed of a diverse network of instructors with real-life industry training and experience, we provide safe, professional, and quality training that leaves a positive impact within our community.

ONLINE / IN-PERSON SALES DISCLAIMER
Delmarva Defense LLC is not liable for the sale of any item in our inventory or on our website. Customers who purchase items from Delmarva Defense LLC either in person, from our website, or from any other means or platform must be of full legal age and not prohibited by law to do so. Customers must know the law and how it applies to the purchase, possession, transport, and use of any item(s) purchased. Equipment should be locked and secured in a safe and secure location in accordance with the law. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and follow the law.
Lead times may vary based on product availability, USPS Lead Times, and holidays.
Prices are subject to change as a result of Tariffs. Any changes in price will be communicated as soon as possible.

Delmarva Defense LLC does not share personal information unless it is requested by Law Enforcement for official Law Enforcement use only. Training course rosters are shared with the USCCA as Delmarva Defense LLC is an Official Partner with the USCCA and the Training Division is staffed by USCCA Certified Instructors.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order if order qualifies for and is approved for a return. Proof of purchase for any return or exchange is required. Merchandise that is eligible for returns must be in the original unopened packaging with no evidence of use.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items damaged during the shipping process must be handled by the customer with the shipment company in question.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@delmaradefense.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instruction on how to proceed. Please note that the sale of some products we carry may be final.
We ship all orders via USPS and only within the Continental United States. Customers can choose from the following shipping methods at checkout:

TRAINING DIVISION DISCLAIMER
All sales are final, but may be transferred to a future training date with approval from Delmarva Defense LLC given proper advanced notice. Individuals and/or groups of individuals who do not show up for scheduled training and fail to notify Delmarva Defense LLC at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule, may not be refunded or guaranteed registration in a future class. In the rare event of unsafe weather conditions or circumstances outside the control of Delmarva Defense LLC, the course may be rescheduled for a future date as soon as safely possible. Once registration is secured, a post-registration email containing detailed course information will be sent within 24 hours to the email account used during the checkout process. If that email address is not current, please contact Info@DelmarvaDefense.com to provide a current email address. If the post-registration email is not received within 24 hours, please check your SPAM folder. Registered participants are required to review, sign, and adhere to the Delmarva Defense LLC Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement provided in the post-registration email. The credentials received upon successful completion of any course are for submission with the applicable concealed carry permit application of choosing or for training records. There is no guarantee applicants will be approved by the state or issuing agency for a permit. Permit reciprocity, Federal, State, and Local Legislation is subject to change.
